Warehouse dispatch
Our Warehouse has restored power and will be picking and packing your orders starting Tuesday 11th March. At this time, we are confident with our teams ability to pick and pack your order but we are anticipating general congestion with AusPost and issues with road access in some regions to deliver parcels.
Please bear with us while we deal with the backlog.
We will keep customers up to date via email communications and updates on our social media channels (Facebook & Instagram).
Placing an order
We are advising potential delays to shipping (normal dispatch 1-2 days from order placement). At this time we do not recommend opting for Express due to current advice from carriers. We appreciate carriers will be under pressure during this period while they deal with the backlog of post.

As the impacts of Ex-Tropical Cyclone are felt across our Northern Rivers Region, we are reminded of how incredibly resilient our communities are. We worked through the challenges of the 2022 Floods and we will continue to work to rebuild post the impacts of Cyclone Alfred.
