Temporary Pause on Shipping to the European Union (EU)Updated a minute ago
Due to new European Union (EU) customs and import Value Added Tax (VAT) regulations that came into effect on 1 July 2026, we have temporarily paused shipping to all EU member countries.
Why has shipping to the EU been paused?
Australia Post is currently working with EU postal operators to resolve a technical issue relating to the collection of duties, taxes and fees required under the new regulations before parcels are shipped.
To avoid delays and unexpected customs issues for our customers, we've temporarily suspended shipping to EU destinations until this process is in place.
When will shipping resume?
We're working closely with Australia Post and will resume shipping to the EU as soon as the required systems are available.
At this stage, we don't have a confirmed date for when shipping will recommence. We'll update this article as soon as more information becomes available.
Which countries are affected?
This temporary pause applies to orders shipping to the following EU member countries:
- Austria
- Belgium
- Bulgaria
- Croatia
- Cyprus
- Czech Republic
- Denmark
- Estonia
- Finland
- France
- Germany
- Greece
- Hungary
