How to Make a Claim

To request a refund under our Bar Performance Guarantee:

• Contact our team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Include your order number and the product you'd like refunded.
• Let us know why the product wasn't right for you. Your feedback helps us continue improving our products.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we'll process a refund for the purchase price of the Bar.

• Valid on Bar products only.
• Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Refund applies to the purchase price of the product only and does not include any shipping charges paid at checkout.
• Seed & Sprout reserves the right to refuse claims that do not meet the requirements of this guarantee.
