What's in the CrunchBox range

The CrunchBox™ OG is our original stainless steel lunch box, with four compartments for flexible snack and meal packing. The CrunchBox™ 2.0 is a redesigned upgrade based on years of customer feedback — it's made from premium 304 stainless steel, plastic-free and BPA-free, offers 25% more capacity than the original, and features redesigned hinges, a wider easy-grip clip, and a brushed stainless-steel finish. Neither box has a detachable lid.

Is it leakproof?

The CrunchBox™ OG isn't leakproof on its own. For foods that may leak — yoghurt, dips, sauces, or dressings — we recommend pairing it with our Snack Containers, or choosing the CrunchBox™ OG Lunch Box | Pots bundle, which includes leak-resistant snack pots designed to contain wetter foods. The CrunchBox™ 2.0 takes this further: it's compatible with our Silicone Leak-Resistant Seal, a custom-fit accessory that creates a leak-resistant seal for wetter foods, while still being fully removable if you'd rather use the box as-is or switch colours.

We haven't been able to create a silicone insert for the OG CrunchBox despite trying — instead, we've made a 200ml Split Snack Pot, our fourth leakproof pot designed to fit inside the OG box and keep fruit, nuts, or treats separate and fresh.

Understanding the compartments

The OG CrunchBox's top right compartment is intentionally different from the other three — it isn't designed to have its own fitted snack pot. If your set included an extra pot here, that's a CrunchPot, a versatile container for snacks, dips, or yoghurt that also stores neatly in the CrunchCase's outer pocket. If you'd prefer something purpose-built for that space, the Split Snack Pot | 200ml is designed specifically to fit the top right compartment.

Which bags it fits

The CrunchCase Lunch Bag is designed to fit our lunch boxes with ease: the CrunchBox OG and CrunchBox 2.0 both fit comfortably in the main insulated compartment, while the Bento Lunch Box fits neatly in the front pocket. Only the main compartment is insulated — the front pocket suits smaller, non-perishable items.

The CrunchBox™ 2.0 is specifically designed to fit inside the CrunchCase™ and the CrunchBag™ | 6.5L. It will also fit inside the Roll Top Lunch Bag, though it's a very snug fit — for the best fit and ease of use, we'd recommend the CrunchCase or CrunchBag instead.

Packing tips

If you're packing crackers or popcorn alongside fruit and veggies, they may go a little soggy in the CrunchBox. For anything you want to stay crunchy, it's best to keep it in one of our smaller leakproof pots instead.
