How do I use a discount code?

Once you have checked out, on the right-hand side of the screen is a box that says ‘Discount’- enter your code there and press Apply. During promotional periods, we reserve the right to disable gift cards and discount codes.  

My promo code/gift voucher isn’t working!

Please firstly check you’ve entered the code in the right case (upper or lower) with no spaces, secondly, check the expiry of the code from the source of the code, lastly, please check if your discount code as an order total requirement or use the form to contact us. If a product is on sale, we reserve the right to disable discount codes. 

How many codes can we use in one order?

You can only use one code at a time.
