We're sorry to hear that an item is missing from your order. We always strive for 100% accuracy but mistakes happen and we’re so sorry that we’ve let you down this time. 

If you ordered any larger items you may find these missing products hiding inside (we like to do this to reduce the size and carbon footprint of our parcels!)
