We're sorry to hear that an item is missing from your order. We always strive for 100% accuracy but mistakes happen and we’re so sorry that we’ve let you down this time.
If the missing item is small and you have ordered any larger items, you may find these missing products hiding inside (we like to do this to reduce the size and carbon footprint of our parcels!)
Your order may also have been split into two or more parcels due to the size of the items, we recommend checking your tracking number in case another parcel may still be on the way to you.
