Please track your returned parcel, as return shipments may take longer than regular ones. While we aim to process returns and refunds quickly, please allow up to 30 days for inspections and refunds after your parcel has been received. You’ll receive an update from us, or feel free to contact us via the "Contact Us" form for a warehouse check. Note that all returns are inspected.
If your refund has already been confirmed but hasn’t appeared in your account, it typically takes 3-5 business days (excluding holidays). If you don’t see it after this time, check with your bank or credit card company, as refunds may take additional time to post.
