I've returned my items, when will I receive my refund?Updated a year ago

Please make sure that you check the tracking of your returned parcel. Parcels that are being sent back typically take longer than regular parcel. Once you see that the parcel has been delivered to us, please expect an email from us regarding your return, or you can send us an email through our Contact Us form so our warehouse can check. Please note that we conduct inspections for all returns.

If we have already confirmed the refund of your returned item and you still don't have it, refunds generally take 3-5 business days (Mondays through Fridays except holidays) to appear in your account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company/bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
