Costs and timeframes
Standard Shipping is a $19.99* flat rate, free on orders $199+ — with one exception: orders containing glassware don't qualify for free shipping, except for the Glass Lunch Bowl, Coffee Cups, and Glass Dip Bowls, which aren't treated as glassware for this purpose.
Shown at checkout as Tracked Standard (Shipped Plastic Free), orders ship (leave our warehouse) within the time shown beside the option at checkout, and delivery with the carrier then usually takes longer to regional addresses than to metro areas. Timeframes change with demand, so the current ones are always shown at checkout.
Need it faster? Express Shipping is a $34.99* flat rate, with a shorter dispatch time and faster delivery than Standard. The current times are shown at checkout. We don't currently offer next-day delivery — Express is our fastest option.

If you're only after a few items, it's worth checking our Store Locator for a stockist near you — buying locally can work out more convenient (and cheaper) than paying shipping on a small order, and it's also a faster option if you're near one.
Delivery addresses
Yes, we ship to Parcel Lockers and PO Boxes — just make sure your address is complete and includes "Parcel Locker" or "PO Box" on the address line to avoid delivery issues.
Orders containing pre-order items
If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order is held until every item is in stock, then ships together — it won't be split into separate shipments. If you need the in-stock items urgently, we'd recommend placing them as a separate order instead of waiting.
Using a discount code?
Free shipping is based on the value of your items after any discount code is applied, so a code can bring an order under the threshold.
