Costs and timeframes

Standard Shipping is a $19.99 flat rate, free on orders $199+ — with one exception: orders containing glassware don't qualify for free shipping, except for the Glass Lunch Bowl, Coffee Cups, and Glass Dip Bowls, which aren't treated as glassware for this purpose. Shown at checkout as Tracked Standard (Shipped Plastic Free), standard shipping delivers within 3-6 business days to metro areas, or 4-13 business days to regional areas.

Need it faster? Express Shipping is a $34.99 flat rate, dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Thursday), with delivery taking 1-3 business days to metro areas or 2-5 business days to regional areas. We don't currently offer next-day delivery — Express is our fastest option.

If you're only after a few items, it's worth checking our Store Locator for a stockist near you — buying locally can work out more convenient (and cheaper) than paying shipping on a small order, and it's also a faster option if you're near one.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order dispatches — check spam/junk if you don't see it. If it's been more than 6 business days with no dispatch email and your order doesn't contain a pre-order item, get in touch with us directly.

Delivery addresses

Yes, we ship to Parcel Lockers and PO Boxes — just make sure your address is complete and includes "Parcel Locker" or "PO Box" on the address line to avoid delivery issues.

Orders containing pre-order items

If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order is held until every item is in stock, then ships together — it won't be split into separate shipments. If you need the in-stock items urgently, we'd recommend placing them as a separate order instead of waiting.
