Where do I send the item I want to return?Updated a month ago

Firstly, be sure to get in contact with our amazing customer care team at [email protected] or through here and we would be delighted to assist you.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase/delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

*Please include your name and order number inside the parcel so that we know it's from you. Once you have returned it, please let us know the tracking number so we can also monitor it.

Please note: 

  • While we try and process returns/refunds/credits as soon as possible, please allow up to 30 days for inspections and refunds/credits once your parcel has been received. We thank you for your patience.
  • Items that were ordered on sale are eligible for store credits only (except faulty or damaged upon delivery)
