Why hasn’t my order been dispatched yet?Updated 4 hours ago

We’re sorry for any delay you’re experiencing with your order. We do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but there are times when delays can occur. Here are some common reasons:

  • Pre-orders
    If your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order will ship once all items are in stock.

  • Busy sales periods
    After major promotions or sales events, dispatch times can be longer than usual. For the most up-to-date timelines, please refer to this article.

  • Holiday seasons
    Dispatch may take longer during peak times such as Christmas and New Year.

  • External factors
    Weather events, natural disasters, public holidays, or postal service issues may also impact dispatch times.

If the estimated dispatch time in our FAQ has passed for your order, none of the above apply and you still haven’t received your tracking information, please contact us so we can look into it for you.
