When will my order be dispatched?
We dispatch orders as quickly as we can; the current dispatch time is shown beside your shipping option at checkout. Some things can slow it down:
- Pre-orders: if your order includes a pre-order item, the whole order ships once everything is in stock.
- Busy sales periods: dispatch can take longer after major promotions.
- Holiday seasons: dispatch may take longer around Christmas and New Year.
- Things outside our control: weather, natural disasters, public holidays and postal issues can all affect dispatch.
If the dispatch time has passed, none of these apply and you still don't have tracking, contact us.
Can I add, remove or swap items in my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible. We can't guarantee a change, but we'll do our best.
Can I change my delivery address?
If you haven't received your shipping confirmation email yet, contact us with the correct address and we'll do our best to update it.
How do pre-orders work?
- When it ships: the expected shipping or restock date is in the product description, at the top, bottom or both. Dates can change.
- Your whole order waits: any order with a pre-order item is held until every item is in stock. Orders aren't split, so if you need in-stock items sooner, place them as a separate order.
- Payment: you're charged when you place the order, even for pre-order items.
- When stock arrives: the pre-order label comes off the product page once stock lands in our warehouse. Pre-orders are prioritised and usually ship the same or next business day, earliest orders first.
I'm sending an order as a gift. Can you add a message or gift wrap?
- Messages: because we ship so quickly, we usually can't include personal messages.
- Gift wrap: we don't offer gift wrapping at the moment. Our Bulk Food Bags, Bread Bag and Tea Towels make good reusable wrapping, and a gift in themselves.
I can't find my order
You may have used a different email address when you ordered, so check your other inboxes. If you still can't find it, contact us and we'll search for it.
