Costs and timeframes

International shipping is available via Standard Tracked Shipping only — Express isn't offered outside Australia. All rates are in AUD, converted to your local currency at checkout: New Zealand $35, United Kingdom $60, and Rest of World $60. Free shipping isn't available on international orders.

All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, set by your local customs authority — these are the recipient's responsibility, and we're not able to cover or reimburse them. For more on international shipping zones generally, see Australia Post's own page.

Delivery addresses

Yes, we ship to Parcel Lockers and PO Boxes internationally, the same as we do within Australia. To avoid delivery issues, make sure your address is complete and correct, and includes "Parcel Locker" or "PO Box" directly on the address line.

⚠️ Current shipping restrictions

United States: shipping is currently paused, due to recent changes in U.S. tariffs that make cost-effective shipping unworkable. Existing U.S. orders are being refunded in full, and we're not accepting new U.S. orders until further notice. We're actively working on a path to resume.

European Union: shipping to all 27 EU member countries is currently paused, since 1 July 2026, due to new EU customs and import VAT regulations. Australia Post is working with EU postal operators to resolve a technical issue with duty/tax collection before parcels can ship — there's no confirmed resumption date yet. If you already have an order placed to an affected country that hasn't shipped, our Customer Care team will reach out directly with options.
