How much is shipping within Australia?
Standard Shipping is a $19.99* flat rate, and free on orders of $199 or more. At checkout it shows as Tracked Standard (Shipped Plastic Free).
Express Shipping is a $34.99* flat rate. Express is our fastest option; we don't offer next-day delivery.
*A temporary fuel surcharge currently applies to Standard and Express shipping. You can read why in our blog post on the fuel surcharge.
How long will my order take?
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Yatala, QLD
Checkout shows the current dispatch time beside each shipping option. Regional addresses usually take longer to reach than metro areas.
Standard Shipping: Standard metro 3-6 business days, Standard Regional: 4-13 business days.
Express Shipping: Express metro 1-3 business days, Express Regional: 2-5 business days.
When is shipping free?
Standard Shipping within Australia is free on orders of $199 or more. You'll pay shipping if:
- Your order contains glassware. Note: the Glass Lunch Bowl, Coffee Cups and Glass Dip Bowls don't count as glassware for this.
- You chose Express. Only Standard Shipping is free.
- A discount code took your total under $199. Free shipping is based on the value of your items after any discount.
- Part of your total was a gift card. Gift cards aren't physical items, so they don't count toward the threshold.
If none of these apply, contact us with your order number or a screenshot of your cart and we'll check it for you.
Do you deliver to parcel lockers and PO boxes?
Yes. Make sure your address is complete and includes "Parcel Locker" or "PO Box" on the address line.
Is my order packed plastic-free?
Yes. We pack orders plastic-free in cardboard boxes or compostable mailers. Couriers sometimes add their own plastic labels or sleeves for paperwork.
