How do I track my order?
When your order is dispatched, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it on the courier's own tracking site (Australia Post, Aramex, StarTrack or similar, depending on who has your parcel). Keep in mind that during busy periods, tracking updates aren't always immediate, and delays can happen — if you notice your parcel hasn't moved for a while, that alone isn't necessarily a problem.
Why isn't my tracking link working?
Tracking that shows as unavailable usually means your order was packed outside business hours and is waiting for collection, or the courier's system has a temporary delay.
- Check you're using the right tracking number on the courier's official site, not a third-party tracker.
- If it's still unavailable, wait 24 business hours and check again. Most cases sort themselves out in that time.
- If it still shows unavailable after 2 business days, contact us and we'll follow it up with the courier.
Tracking says delivered but I haven't received it
Work through these before assuming something's gone wrong:
- Give it a little time. Parcels are sometimes marked delivered shortly before they arrive. If your order shipped in more than one parcel, check each one says delivered.
- Look around your property. Check your usual safe drop-off spots, and ask anyone in your household or your neighbours whether they took it in.
- Contact the courier. They can often give you GPS delivery data or proof of delivery.
If you still can't find it, contact us — we'll investigate and escalate with the courier where needed.
Can I add delivery instructions?
Some couriers let you add instructions on their tracking page, though they can't always follow them. We can't add instructions to parcels ourselves.
I missed a delivery. How do I arrange redelivery?
Redelivery is arranged with the courier through your tracking page. Some couriers charge a fee, depending on the option you choose; we don't set it.
